LONGMONT ó The St. Vrain Valley School District is using the summer school break to update 22 computer labs in the elementary schools.
That calls for 600 to 700 new Dell computers, all with interactive, age-appropriate software, said Bill Brayshaw, director of information technology services.

LONGMONT ó When she was searching for a school for her gifted son, Leslie Clausen-Dobbins visited all of St. Vrain Valley School Districtís middle schools.

She chose Heritage Middle School, primarily because itís the only middle school in the district to offer the Middle Years Programme.
