Duties include interviewing, hiring, managing staff performance, scheduling, training, employee counseling, develop budgets, monitoring expenses, ensuring compliance with standards, develop procedures in support of the organizational mission. Req include 4 yr RN degree, & 5+ yrs nursing management exp, business management exp, ASC & GI experience, good computer skills, excellent business & employee management skills, planning, communications & teambuilding skills & the ability to travel between company locations. Office Nurse
Gastroenterology of the Rockies is searching for an Office RN in Boulder, Colo. This full time position (Mon Fri), is responsible for providing general nursing services to patients in a typical medical office environment. Duties include supporting doctors, assisting in implementing treatment plans, communicating with & educating patients, and coordinating activities of MAs. Requires 2-3 years experience in nursing, (GI experience a plus), RN degree and state license, excellent communications & leadership skills & good computer skills. Medical Assistant
Gastroenterology of the Rockies is searching for a Medical Assistant to handle patient scheduling. Job located in Louisville, Colo. Ideal applicant must be able to use computer and process a heavy volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls in order to schedule appointments and procedures. Required skills include; commitment to excellent customer service, verbal and written communications skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask, and computer skills. Must be a team player, flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment. Hours vary from 08:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with no evening or weekend work.
