Gastroenterology of the Rockies, is searching for a Call Center Manager. This full time position is responsible for managing all aspects of call center operations including call flow reports, and employee supervision. The group includes schedulers, service associates and receptionists at 4 separate locations in Boulder County. Requirements include 2 - 5 years call center experience, excellent communications skills, basic computer skills and the ability to travel between company locations. Competitive salary & employee benefit plans. The successful candidate will be a team player who is flexible and able to multitask and manage operations & employees in a fast paced environment.
